You see, a while back, I stumbled into this practice that completely transformed my beliefs about not having enough time and changed my attitude about chaotically starting my work.

I call this practice Verbal Flow Meditation. 

And it’s sooo fun! It’s like the equivalent of how I imagine a bird must feel when it flies to play!
